ReplyDeleteWishing you the happiest of birthdays!!! How wonderful to have it on a special date. I really don't know how many things I've made, this year, maybe 5 or 6 quilts? I don't think I've been very productive with my sewing.
ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday. What a fun date to have it on. Our little Facebook quilting group is making a surprise quilt for one of our members who has had a very sad bereavement, which is pink and white. These fabrics would work in perfectly. lynnmcindoe (at) gmail (dot) com
ReplyDeleteI have completed around 70 projects. From small coasters to lap quilts. Lots of things for gifts and for my ESTY shop. My goal was to bust my stash in 2914..I did put a small dent in it!
ReplyDeleteHappy bday Kellty! Finishes this year! / baby quiltt , one large couch size quilt. One medium wall quilt and one small wall quilt. And some mug rugs too! Merry Christmas !
ReplyDeleteHappy birthday dear Kelliy! Have the most wonderful day on such an auspicious date, it surely must be lucky. The pink fabrics are luscious and so are the scissors. I haven't finished a lot this year and I don't keep count, probably a handful of small things and that great big project, the red and green quilt that I hand quilted.
ReplyDeleteI have finished two quilts, but I have two more well underway. I hope that counts!
ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday! Well I have several finishes without binding:) Do pillowcases count as I've done 7 of those int he last week:) I am using them to bag the grandchildrens Christmas gifts! Thanks for the opportunity, qltdiva1@fuse.net

Happy birthday Kelly! Love those pinks! According to my blog list I've made seven quilts and numerous smaller items like bags, cushions, bee blocks and Polaroid calendars. Not my most productive year, but my motto for 2014 was 'savour every stitch', so it wasn't about the quantity for me this year! Thanks for the giveaway!
ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday to you!!! Yes it is cool that today is 12-13-14 all for your special day. I am sure I have made over 50 things this year so far and I am not done yet. I still have 3 kids robes and 3 fleece blankets to make.

ReplyDeleteHi Kelly! I'm here in Florida, wishing you my sincerest happy birthday wishes, and joy in your future. Today's your day, and I hope you've been treated like the princess you are. May God bless you, my dear friend.
ReplyDeleteMaybe 4 that I started and finished. Maybe. :) Not a productive year for me. You do have an especially cool birth date this year--hope you had a wonderful birthday!
ReplyDeleteI am currently working on Bonnie Hunters Grand Illusion Mystery Quilt. I finished a table runner today that I have had in my stash for a few years. I have made several baby blankets from Missouri Star Quilt tutorials. I made a baby quilt for my great niece. I finished a scrap quilt from pjs that belonged to someones father that had passed away. Wow I have completed more than I had given myself credit for. Anyways. I hope you had a great birthday. I am new to your blog. I have been enjoying your site.
ReplyDeleteWhat a really cool date. Happy Birthday. I have no idea. I've made 4 memory quilt tops, I'm working on BH's mystery and have made several charity quilts. Oh and I made 2 quilts for class samples I'm teaching next year. Seems like a lot of starts, not many finishes. Hope it was a happy day, thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteHow cool is that fun date on your special day. I've finished about a dozen projects this year! With plenty waiting in the wings for 2015.
ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday! When it comes to quilts, I have finished 6 (mostly baby quilts) and countless other crafty things including wreaths, and other home decor stuffs.

Many Happy Returns! I'm a newbie quilter this year and have already made a startling amount of quilts! A couple for charity, a couple of baby ones, and a whole bunch for Christmas presents. Yikes, my poor machine!
ReplyDeleteHappy birthday Kelly! Pink sure brightens up the winter blues! I can't tell you how many things I have made... this month alone I've made 4 mug rugs, 2 wrapped bowls, I finished a UFO and a lap quilt for donation!
ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday Kelly! Over the past 12 months I have maybe 5 quilts, allot of small projects and a bunch of presents. But the kicker is I have quilted 49 quilts for customers. Thanks for the reality check! Hope you had a wonderful day!
ReplyDeleteQuite a Few Mug Rugs, Fabric Bookmarks, Crocheted Dishcloths, and other Crafty type things ( have doll clothes cut out ready to sew) and lots of mending/repairing clothing for Church Free Clothing called Spider Web. Have 4 Fleece Prayer Shawls cut out - need to Hem and Sew Pockets on... so I would guess about 20 items... Happy Birthday...
ReplyDeleteHappy birthday! This year I have made 8 quilts of varying sizes, 14 small gifts (including a knitted ballet cardigan for my granddaughter) and 3 lots of Charity quilt blocks. I have two bags in the process of finishing for Christmas and a crocheted striped baby blanket which just needs the final border of DC. I also have a completed baby quilt top which will be next in line for finishing after Christmas. Love the fabrics in your Giveaway. Also the cute scissors.
ReplyDeleteAgain: happy birthday.....celebrate this day as well...two in a row . How many quilts & items? Oh my! Ten just this week...ok, just little ones, 3queens, at least 4 baby, 2 wedding, 4wallhangings.....heck. You almost are making me want to keep track! Love the scissors......didn't see them at first: pink camp!
ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday, Kelly! I was ready to say I haven't completed anything but then I remembered! Two king size quilts as wedding gifts and three Christmas tree skirts. Lots of individual blocks were finished too.
ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday! I wonder if there will be a few weddings on this easy-to-remember date. I have a little notebook I keep just for fun to track of my projects. So far in 2014 I've completed 26 projects of my own, ranging from curtains to pillows to various sized quilts. In addition I've quilted 80 quilts for "clients". This coming year I hope to do more of my own things and less for other people. I really didn't intend to have a business - I just have a hard time telling people no.
ReplyDeleteHope your day is a special one.
Happy Birthday, Kelly!! This year I have finished two quilts and have a few in the works. Most recently, I made 10 card holders for a craft exchange at work. And December 18th is MY birthday! I love your fabric choices and pink is one of my favorites.
ReplyDeleteHappy birthday! This day was my dad's birthday...special!
ReplyDeleteI just finished 20 eye pillows for gifts, and I didn't get enough sewing this year. Made 5 gift bags, 1 dress, 2 tops, and 3 quilted baskets.

ReplyDeleteJust a quick note to wish you the best for each and every day of the next year!!!!
ReplyDeleteHAPPY BIRTHDAY...I wish I had accomplished more this year..Just a small Christmas table runner....Have a lovely day!
ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday! I love pink, it's so bright and cheery! I don't know that I can tell you how many projects I've completed this year, simply because I can't remember!! ha ha!! I would guess 6 or 7 baby quilts, a bunch of bibs, some potholders and oh yes a Halloween costume! :)
ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday, Kelly! Hope you had a wonderful day and best wishes for the year ahead.
ReplyDeleteHmmm... that's a good question! I do believe I've started more stuff this year than had finishes. ;o) Let's say I averaged about 3 finishes each month this year.
Happy Birthday! I'm a regular follower and enjoy reading what you write. I've got an embarrassing # of WIP's and ZERO, yes ZERO finishes! I'm a new quilter and the hold up is at the quilting stage. I swear - I''m going to feel the fear and do it ANYWAY!! I should have about 6 finishes by year end. Keep your fingers crossed :)
ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday! I finished about 10 items, I am guessing. Many more to go!
ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday! Thanks for celebrating and giving one of us a gift!
ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday! I probably completed 6-8 quilts and 4-6 wall hangings. Thanks for the opportunity to enter the giveaway. (shirparks@gmail.com)
ReplyDeleteWell I am late to the party as usual but I do want to wish you Happy Birthday. I hope you had a great time with family and friends and enjoyed your day. Cheers and best wishes.
ReplyDeleteNowhere near enough finishes this year. Next year will be more settled and bigger and better than ever.
Happy Happy Birthday! 12-13-14 was a great day here too. Our youngest son and I both graduated from college! Have a Merry Christmas!
ReplyDeleteHello Kelly. Happy Birthday for days gone by. I found you through a comment you left on IG, and as I am new to IG I have been checking out some of the people who look like they might be nice. And so I found you! Looking forward to seeing more of your creativity in the future.
ReplyDeleteHow many things have I made this year? Goodness knows. I have a page on my blog on which there is a bunch of stuff listed, but that hasn't been updated for a while, and there is all the secret Santa stuff I have made which is not on there yet.
The pink fabrics are lovely. I am just about to start a baby quilt, and they would be perfect.....
