Miscellaneous Tuesday

How cute are these? These were sent to me by Nancy who won my give away. I love them!! They are so well made too. Thanks Nancy!

Once again the Henrietta Hankin Library asked us to hang some quilts. They get so many comments on how wonderful they look. I think people are always surprised that a quilt does not need to be on a bed.  The book display in front of the quilts are sewing and quilting books, how perfect!
My quilt from way back when.....

Sujata's.....

Christine's....

Mine, made from anitque blocks and new border fabric....

Sujata's....I think she said this was her first quilt.........all hand quilted!

Christine's...

Mine, paper pieced.......the only way the points would be accurate in my world!

Sujata's.....

Chrsitine's...

Mine, one of my favorites. I call it my Thanksgiving quilt because I think the colors suggest Autumn.

That concludes our quilt show for today.

Look what Beth from Love Laugh Quilt sent me ( a license plate holder). I have never had one of these, thanks Beth! She has a fun blog go and check it out.

I am planning on getting back to blogging a little bit more regularly after a busy September.

I was with my boys in the library Tuesday morning and saw the quilts and wondered if they were by anyone I knew. Beautiful addition to our library! Thanks for sharing them!
