In The Pink

It was a stretch for me to find some pink fabric for this baby quilt (-: It was fun to just indulge and make it all pink, pink, pink! Sorry for the dull pictures, it is pouring here today.

It is for a special momma that I know.

I put this Little Red Riding Hood block in the center...love it!

I didn't use a lot of little kid fabric just lots of pink.

A favorite block, I love this fabric.

I was originally going to use the polka dot in the border but decided that was too predictable. I do have to keep myself entertained while I sew! I think this text fabric is just perfect. I used my Flying Geese Tutorial to make them.
I can't wait to give it to the momma!

  9. What could be better for a baby girl than a pink quilt? I have two baby girl quilts to make. One little one has arrived and one is due in October. I do like that it mostly pink fabric not baby fabric. She will be cuddling it a long time.
