Pink Valentine |
It made quite a mess but it cleaned up relatively quickly. I did use up some scraps but it seemed as if they multiplyed as I put them back in the baskets.
In my last post I told you about the batting fusible seam tape. One of my faithful readers sent a comment saying you could buy lightweight fusible interfacing for knits and just cut it into strips for a lot less money. Thank you Vicki of Field Trips in Fiber . Please check out her blog, you will love all the great pictures she posts and lots of good things to read about.

ReplyDeleteThanks for the mention too!
Kelly,
ReplyDeleteI love these hearts! You do work really fast! I like the borders all scrappy too. What a fun quilt!
My sewing room never stays clean. I just make more mess while I clean.
You have become a quilting fool. Have you been sleeping at all? VBG
ReplyDeleteYour Valentine quilt really made me smile. Something about the fun colors and freedom of the cutting really spoke to me. Oh and I love the happy colors in your basket quilt!
ReplyDeleteLove your little quilt. Great Valentine's theme.
ReplyDeleteI love the love quilt. Spreading out the scraps is the only way to use them but I have trouble fitting them back into the container too.
ReplyDeleteYour Valentine quilt is just darling! So cheerful.
ReplyDeleteI love your last UFO finish too. So many nice old fabrics in it. :)
