I love it! I'd rather play with scraps than do anything else.I was just thinking this morning I wish spring was 1 week away instead of 4!
I'm always amazed with scrap quilts how little it really takes to make a quilt and yet when I buy fabric for a quilt I have in mind I buy yards of fabrics. I love seeing your colourful scraps becoming something wonderful.
Wow! That's so gorgeous, Kelly. Like you, I'm doing a bit of scrap sewing and enjoying every moment of it. Looking forward to see where your project takes you! Good luck thinning down the scrap bins. ;o)
I find your scraps inspiring! And yes, i can't wait for spring, think it is only 26 days til spring and I can hardly wait!Hugs, Mickie
Fun! That's going to be an awesome zigzag!YES! I am ready for spring and spring cleaning of those scraps in the sewing room.
How fun! The zigzag quilts are really cool!
These blocks are great and yes it has been a long winter...
From the middle of a snow storm here in the midwest, your colorful scraps look like spring flowers to me!
love the zig zag blocks I should do that I have a bag of kaffee fabrics sitting right here in my sewing room I ought to just start cutting and sewing!thanks for sharing and love the bird dish adorable!isn't it just fun some days to not have to think and just sew, sew, sew!Kathie
The zig zag design is great. Did you sew the strips onto a foundation? You've got great scraps!
Those little scrap blocks are so pretty. So many fun things to do with those scraps.
Great scraps! I like the zig zag. I have a theory about scraps... they multiply at night, some sort of spontaneous combustion thing. My dad always used to say you could put a burlap bag with a little grain in it anywhere, and the next day you would have mice! My scraps are like that....
Finally catching up with my blogger friends and WOW, you have really been busy. What terrific projects you have been doing. I love love what you are doing with your scraps. And now, after seeing how busy you have been, I think I need a nap.
Great zig zag blocks; there are times when I've used scraps and felt like I ended up with more than when I started. I just love that little dish with the blue bird.
I love getting rid of scraps like this.
I love to read your comments, they make my day!
