Xstitch

I must first tell you that I love this pin cushion, even though it is not my usual color pallette. I made it for a friend for her birthday.

The pattern had a "Q" in the spot where the "B" is, maybe for Queen????

I also love how regal this looks, very queen like in my opinion.

The honey comb on the side is a nice touch, thank goodness it didn't call to do the entire area! The one thing I am finding out that cross stitch in small doses is fun, but quilting is where my heart is at right now.

  9. What a beautiful pincushion! (no pun intended, but should have been!) You did a really lovely job on it. I'm sure it will be appreciated and loved!

I used to like cross stitch, but I don't think I can see to do it very well anymore. At least not without a strong light and a magnifier! And yeah, I'd rather be quilting too!
