Duck, Duck, Goose

Did you play that game as a child, Duck, Duck, Goose? It was summertime favorite. So in keeping with my summertime theme I am hooked on these Flying Geese blocks.

I like that I just have to choose 2 fabrics at a time. I am working on my contrast....

Staggered setting?.......

Or soldiers all in a row?....
I will make a few more before I decide.

  8. I may have to borrow your block ideas for my Nursery Rhymes Series. I've been working on that series on and off for several years and can see your idea working so well. Those colors are beautifully rich and gorgeous.

  12. Have you considered the Remixed Geese quilt pattern by Robert Kaufman fabrics? I kind of like it as it has interest. You can Google it and also see other images from other quilt makers. I like your contrast with your fabrics.
