Snow Day!

How cool are these? My friends, Leslie, Ellen, Stephanie and I made these for our quilt show that is coming up in May. Helen another member embroidered the centers and did a fabulous job.
The show will be held Friday and Saturday, May 4th and 5th, 2017. For more information you can click on this link Penn Oaks Quilters Quilt Show
We would love to see you and I think you will enjoy seeing all our quilts!

Thank you Helen I think they are the cherry on top!

My barren workspace shows you just how much sewing has been going on, zero!

Nothing much has changed on my design wall. I still don't like the orange pumpkin.....

These are a few of the Polaroid blocks I received in a swap. I have a pattern for a polaroid camera that I need to get to soon.

I still haven't put things away from my getaway that was a month ago!

I did whip up these pincushions today just to sew a teeny bit.

This is the back of a baby quilt I finished today.

The baby shower is next weekend and it's hot off the sewing machine and into the washer. I will take a picture after it is gifted.
I know I have not been around but being sick took it's toll and I had to play catch up. Hopefully I will have more to show you in the next few days now that I am feeling better.
Have a great weekend!

Kelly

  2. Where did you get the fabric for your pin cushions? Totally awesome! I think you should do a book of all of the pin cushions you've made and collected. Just sayin'

  3. For the pumpkin try stitching some black pearl thread to high light it and it's sections. Hugs
