Time

I don't know where the time is going but I seem to be running out of it at an alarming rate! I have cut back on my Christmas preparations this year and it doesn't seem to matter at all.....still no time.

This is a pin cushion I made for my friend Judie, who will be recieving it today. It is a pattern by Blackbird Designs and is made out of wool. Judie loves wool so I know she will like this one.

This one I made for Cheryl......

This one for Christine....

This one for Terry. They all loved them and were happy to have a fun thing for their sewing rooms. Everyone can use a pin cushion and these are big and heavy. They are about 7 x7 and are filled with crushed walnut shells which give them a good weight to keep them on one place.

I got a very unusual gift for my birthday, an Amish Kindle! My husband ordered one for me and it did not get here in time (standard for a December birthday!). So he "made" me one and wrapped it up. For those of you who don't know, the Amish do not use electricity....

I did have some help yesterday making the Holiday Pretzel Treats, she did a great job!

See it is so easy even a 3 year old can do it!
