Such adorable blocks--I have Lori's first book and those are on my bucket list.....have to finish up my quilt for Fiona now....hugs, Julierose
Ah yes, I have the book but haven't started the blocks yet. My friend has and I think I will enjoy hers until I get started. LOL Your blocks are very cute.
IG is loaded with vintage farm girl blocks - How many have you done? are you doing all of them?hooray for rain what a beautiful deck!
Love your blocks - they look like fun! I know what you mean about the rain. We're on our 3rd day too, and we need it also. Supposed to be hot, hot, hot this weekend. Ugh.
Looks like you're having fun!
Good to see you have been getting decent rain. It is unusual for your area to be dry. The blocks are looking great. Perfect weather for sewing.
I love these designs, but am not "in love" with paper piecing.... Any tips? I don't like the ripping that I have to do, and I'm a more of a wonky quilter, um, I have a hard time with directions.....
Your email did not pop up so I will reply to you here....they are not paper pieced but the piecing is easy!I hear you about the directions.....I made the first one wrong!
I'll look for the book and give it a chance now....
I saw them on IG ! Lovely blocks Kelly !! :)
Your blocks are so cute and fun!! Love the bird with a heart!! It's great you're getting rain to water the garden after you've been doing lots of work in it.
Yea for the rain & sewing time.
I love to read your comments, they make my day!
